Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Preparing the Directorate’s Performance Contract.
  • Responding to phone calls, emails and enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintained office filing system organized both physical and digital records.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring proper filing and distribution.
  • Maintaining the Directorate’s diary and ensuring timely reminders for meetings and activities.
